Privacy

Your room list, plot details, plans and settings are saved in your browser's local storage on the device you use. We do not keep a copy. Clearing your browser data, or using another browser or device, means those projects are not there. Use Export in My projects to keep a backup file.

When you ask for plans, your plot size, road direction, floors, room list and any rooms you placed are sent to our server. To suggest layouts, our server sends a description of that brief to an AI service provider. No name, email or contact details are part of it.

When a technical drawing is shown, a description of that floor plan is sent to our server to draw it. Briefs and drawings are not stored on our server after they are answered.

• Your internet (IP) address is used to count the free plan generations each visitor has used today. The count is held in memory or a short-lived store and cleared daily; it is not linked to your projects.
• Our hosting provider processes requests to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, under its own privacy terms.
• We may count visits with privacy-friendly analytics that do not use advertising cookies or track you across sites.

• No accounts, no passwords and no payment details are collected during the beta.
• We do not sell your information or use advertising trackers.

You can delete any project in My projects, or clear all of them by clearing this site's data in your browser. For any privacy question or request, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, write to yuvaraj@varaipadam.com.

When we add accounts, cloud saving or payments, this page will be updated before those features go live.
